Before you embark on your hair journey to enhance your beauty and confidence with our premium hair extensions, we kindly ask you to familiarise yourself with our booking policy and terms & conditions. These guidelines have been put in place to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our valued customers. From booking procedures to pricing details, our T&C page covers everything you need to know to make the most of your Hair Candy experience. Booking Policy

First Time Booking with Us?

If you're new to Hair Candy and looking for a full hair transformation, we highly recommend starting with a free consultation. This allows one of our expert stylists to meet with you, understand your hair goals, and create a personalized plan designed just for you.

Booking Deposits

To secure your appointment, we require a deposit at the time of booking. This deposit is applied toward your total on the day of your service.

  • Maintenance Appointments: Minimum $100 deposit required

  • New Set Applications: Minimum $200 deposit required

For our regular clients: We offer a "running deposit" option to make rebooking even easierβ€”just note that our standard 48-hour cancellation policy still applies.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy (48 Hours)

We get that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours' notice by calling or texting the salon.

Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours of your appointment time will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

Why? This policy helps us protect the time we’ve reserved specifically for you and allows us to offer the spot to other clients on our waiting list.

Changing Your Appointment

Need to tweak your booking?

You’re welcome to make changes to your service type up to 48 hours before your appointment. Just give us a call or shoot us a text and we’ll get it sorted!

Please note: Changes made within 48 hours will be considered a late cancellation, and your deposit will be held as per our policy.

Your time is important, and so is ours. Our booking policies help us manage our schedule and ensure that every client gets the best experience possible. Thanks so much for understanding and supporting our small business!

Warranty Packs

Protect your investment and experience peace of mind with our 60-Day Extension Guarantee.

Should any issues arise within the first 60 days after your extension service, simply contact us promptly to arrange an in-salon assessment. If you purchased a Warranty Pack during your service, you may be eligible for complimentary replacements.

Please note:

  • Natural wear and tear is expected after 60 days and is not covered under warranty.

  • Warranty coverage is only available if purchased at the time of your initial extension service.

  • Without a Warranty Pack purchase, replacement hair or guarantees cannot be provided.
