BOOKING POLICY

First Time Booking with Us?

If you're new to Hair Candy and looking for a full hair transformation, we highly recommend starting with a free consultation. This allows one of our expert stylists to meet with you, understand your hair goals, and create a personalized plan designed just for you.

BOOKING DEPSOITS

To secure your appointment, we require a deposit at the time of booking. This deposit is applied toward your total on the day of your service.

  • Maintenance Appointments: Minimum $100 deposit required

  • New Set Applications: Minimum $200 deposit required

For our regular clients: We offer a "running deposit" option to make rebooking even easierβ€”just note that our standard 48-hour cancellation policy still applies.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy (48 Hours)

We get that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours' notice by calling or texting the salon.

Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours of your appointment time will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

Why? This policy helps us protect the time we’ve reserved specifically for you and allows us to offer the spot to other clients on our waiting list.

Changing Your Appointment

Need to tweak your booking? You’re welcome to make changes to your service type up to 48 hours before your appointment. Just give us a call or shoot us a text and we’ll get it sorted!

Please note: Changes made within 48 hours will be considered a late cancellation, and your deposit will be held as per our policy.
