EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
THE INVESTMENT
CONDITIONS:
Minimum Commitment: All Colour Memberships require a 12-month commitment. This ensures we can maintain your hair health and colour consistency throughout every season.
The Extension Edit: Our Extension Maintenance memberships are a 6-month "LOVE" contract. This is designed to protect your natural hair and ensure your extensions are moved up perfectly every 6 weeks.
The Blow Dry Club: Styling memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment to keep your hair effortlessly chic week after week.
Aglow Managed: All memberships are securely managed through Aglow with a $9.90 set-up fee + 3.25% payment fee.
Service Allowance: Monthly "Refresh" blow-drys and treatments included in Colour memberships do not roll over; we recommend booking these 4 weeks in advance.
Cancellation Policy: Standard salon 48-hour notice applies. If an appointment is missed without notice, that service is deducted from your annual membership allowance.
Flexible Upgrades: If you require extra services (e.g., extra thick hair or additional toners) not covered in your tier, these can be paid for at the desk on the day.
Moving Appointments: If you need to move a major colour appointment forward, any remaining payments for that cycle must be cleared at the time of service.
